In our restaurant we offer typical Ligurian dishes made with vegetables produced on our farm, cheeses made in our dairy with cow and goat milk from our own animals, and meats from our own farms of veal, pork, rabbits, chickens, and turkeys. Our classic menu includes: homemade salami, Russian salad, vegetable pie or meatloaf or homemade lard depending on availability, or other seasonal products. Next, we serve trofie with pesto, ravioli with meat sauce, and pansotti with walnut pesto. In some periods of the year, we replace the trofie with pesto with lasagne with pesto or with Portofino pesto. The main courses range from rabbit cooked on the "ciappa," roasted veal, grilled sausage, mixed grill, cheese platter, cold cuts platter, pizzicagnolo platter, baked asado, juniper-flavored pork shank, Genovese stew, fresh cheese on a bed of arugula, and sometimes, depending on the season, some of the above dishes are replaced with others such as veal stew, wild boar stew, roasted pork loin, etc. The meal concludes with the "torta paradiso," an ancient family recipe cake made without yeast, resulting in a soft and particularly tasty dessert. All of this can be enjoyed with our house wine or our selection of wines, depending on your taste.

The restaurant at Agriturismo Sant'Ilario Taverna del Sole is the perfect place to discover the taste of Ligurian territory. Our cuisine is entirely based on local, quality ingredients from our lands, to offer you authentic and flavorful dishes.

Our restaurant menu offers a wide selection of typical Ligurian cuisine, such as the famous cheese focaccia, pasta with pesto, farinata, and torta pasqualina, as well as specialties based on meat and fresh fish.

Pair everything with the fine wines of our region, for a complete culinary experience. Our restaurant is open to both guests of the agriturismo and external customers, to share our passion for local cuisine and the Ligurian territory. Come and taste the flavors of our land in our restaurant, we will be happy to welcome you and pamper you with our dishes.

From Monday to Thursday, in addition to our regular menu, you can enjoy our CHEESE FOCACCIA made with our own stracchino cheese from 7:30pm to 10pm.
