Our Farm

We cultivate vegetables and fruits with particular attention to local varieties (such as quarantina potato and black cannellina).

The oil we produce, obtained from the Pinola and Lavagnina varieties, is particularly well taken care of and is a distinguishing feature of our food preparations.

Breeding

Goats, pigs, cows, rabbits, and chickens are raised semi-wild in the narrow and steep terraces that characterize Liguria.

Production of acacia, wildflower, chestnut, citrus honey, etc.
